What does Blur Images really do?
We are a media conversion and restoration company that helps clients convert images, video, music, etc. to other formats and to restore old formats to view on new technology.

What formats does Blur Images convert and restore?
Image Formats: Photo Prints, 35mm Slides, 35mm Negatives, TIFF, PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF, NEF, RAW.
Video Formats: VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, miniDV, VCD.
Audio Formats: Cassette, CD, VCD, miniCD.
Digital Formats: H.264, FLV, AVI, MOV, MP3, MP4, WAV, WMA, AC3, AAC

How do I upload/send photos to Blur Images?
Right now you only have the ability to upload one image at a time. You then will need to fill out a contact form with your information and file name. Blur Images will then look over your request and image/s and will reply to the e-mail you submitted.

What if I have photo prints or video tapes to send in?
These formats will need to be mailed to us. You may fill out the contact form and we will e-mail you the address to send your media. Please make sure you select the option to require a signature. A tracking number is always good for us to have as well. We will contact you as soon as we receive your package.

How do I pay?
Most services will have a static fee that is required. Some services are issued a custom quote that will be required before completion. All payments are payed through Paypal.

What happens is I am not satisfied with the service?
We do everything to assure you receive only the best service. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you either a credit or full money back less shipping, handling, & proccessing.
